HomeNewsMannington, Phenix to increase prices

Salem, N.J.—Due to continued and significant increased costs in raw materials, labor and domestic and international freight, Mannington Residential and Phenix Flooring said they will both be implementing price increases.

The increase will affect all hard and soft surface Mannington Residential, Phenix Flooring and Mannington on Main flooring collections, including sundries.

“The continued cost increases are unprecedented,” said Zack Zehner, president of Mannington Residential. “Our teams continue to work diligently to offset and mitigate the rising costs, but unfortunately they cannot be fully absorbed and we must pass along an increase to the market. We are hopeful that we will see greater supply chain stability in 2022.”

Specific details about the price increases are forthcoming and will be communicated by the appropriate sales organizations and will be effective with orders on or after January 3, 2022, according to the company.
