Mountville, Pa.—AHF Products has been awarded a total of four ADEX Awards—all Platinum—for Dogwood Densified Wood Flooring by Bruce; LifeSeal Reserve rigid core flooring from Bruce; the line of contract vinyl sheet and tile flooring first featured in Hartco; and Parterre Commercial Hardwood A&D Flooring.

ADEX stands for Awards for Design Excellence and is among the largest and most prestigious awards program for product and project design in the architecture and design industry. Conducted each year by Design Journal, the annual competition draws thousands of entries from hundreds of companies.

“We are very proud to have been recognized with four ADEX awards,” said Fred J. Reitz III, vice president of commercial sales, AHF Products. “We are committed to delivering best-in-class performance, quality and aesthetics. Our goal is to continuously exceed our customers’ expectations today and in the future.”

Dogwood Densified Wood is a real game changer for the hardwood flooring buyer, the company said, especially with those who have pets or kids. It is a 100% natural product created using a natural process. Through the manufacturing process using heat and pressure, Dogwood densified wood delivers scratch-resistant, dent-resistant and water-resistant protection against everyday wear, pet nails and accidents

According to AHF, Bruce LifeSeal Reserve delivers 100% waterproof protection to stand up to the busiest of homes and light commercial spaces, without sacrificing comfort or style. In addition, the flooring features the company’s new Cleantivity antimicrobial coating technology, which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew. The carefully curated, resilient floor collection features an array of designs in muted textures and in wide widths wood looks as well as authentic looks in stone and marble.

Parterre, a brand of AHF Products, recently introduced three new commercial engineered hardwood flooring lines for the architecture and design community—Wooded Habitat, Nurtured and Deeply Rooted—giving customers one point of contact for both hardwood and luxury vinyl products for the contract market. The new commercial engineered hardwood flooring blends strength and resiliency with classic beauty and sophistication, the company said. The line features a variety of white oak, northern red oak, hickory, maple and birch hardwood products.

Hartco Contract, integrated into AHF Products’ comprehensive contract flooring line, features vinyl plank and tile floors, including SPC rigid core, loose lay thick LVT and dry back traditional LVT as well as homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl sheet designed for light commercial, multi-family and manufactured housing installations. The line simplifies the shopping experience for the customer, according to AHF. The same designs are offered in multiple constructions so that the customer can select a look in the construction that best suits their needs, making it easy to find the right flooring for any small business space.
