Dalton—Novalis Innovative Flooring, a global leader in the luxury vinyl flooring market, has named Jeff Berl director of business development.

With a proven track record of senior leadership roles in the flooring industry, including Boen, Metroflor, Armstrong and Faus, Berl brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

Berl will play a pivotal role in expanding Novalis’ market presence by fostering relationships with new business partners and further developing a dynamic direct dealer network. He will report to Steve Ehrlich, vice president of sales and operations.

Novalis looks forward to the innovative contributions and fresh perspectives that Jeff Berl will bring to the team in his new role.
