Castellón, Spain—Decocer has launched Lythos, a new porcelain tile collection that reinterprets the geometric patterns of historic stone pavements for contemporary architectural spaces.
The collection features four geometric formats: octagon, star, cross and insert. Architects and interior designers can combine them to create customizable floor patterns, and the modular system allows designers to develop layouts ranging from understated to highly expressive.
Inspired by the stone pavements found in Mediterranean courtyards, galleries, plazas and homes, Lythos translates those traditional compositions into small-format ceramic tile. The collection uses geometric precision and balanced proportions to make flooring a defining architectural element.
Available in porcelain with a mineral matte finish, Lythos comes in four colors: White, Sand, Grey and Dark Grey. The stone-inspired palette emphasizes the collection’s geometric designs while complementing a variety of interior styles.
The collection is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. Decocer said its C3 slip resistance and technical performance make it appropriate for residential, hospitality and commercial applications.
With Lythos, Decocer continues to expand the design possibilities of small-format ceramics through flexible geometric compositions and architectural-inspired surfaces. The collection demonstrates how geometry, material and composition can transform flooring into a defining feature that shapes the character and identity of a space.
