HomeNewsFloor Trader signs on with Toys for Tots

GULFPORT, MISS.—Floor Trader is asking the community to join their annual Toys for Tots campaign, and to bring a new, un-wrapped toy to any one of their three locations—Gulfport, Gautier or Mobile—to donate to this year’s campaign.

“We participate in Toys for Tots every year, in fact it is one of our biggest community campaigns. Our employees and customers really get excited when they see the huge flooring crates filled with brand new toys for local children” said Lauren Rhodes- Braden, social marketing and promotions director for Floor Trader.

“We are a family owned local business and without community support, we couldn’t survive. We try to give back as much as we can, and our annual Toys for Tots campaign is something that we look forward to each year,” said Braden.

Owners, Keith & Vicki Rhodes of Ocean Springs, MS have over 55 years combined flooring experience. Their daughter, Lauren Rhodes-Braden joined their team in 2010 as Social Marketing & Promotions Director.

“We look forward to another very successful campaign this year, “ said Keith Rhodes of Floor Trader. “Every year, we get more community support and it really brings out a sense of community in the three cities in which our stores are located. We hope to have our best year this year.”
