Lancaster, Pa.—Armstrong has transformed the flooring retail showroom and changed the way products are shown in-store with a new Modular merchandising system for all of its hard surface products from LVT to hardwood. The retail displays make both the shopping process for consumers and the selling process for retail sales associates easy. The displays are flexible, versatile and offer uniformity with a consistent design, regardless of format, across categories for all Armstrong and Bruce brands.
“We continue to conduct a great deal of research—with consumers, with our retailers whether it be through focus groups, shop-alongs or surveys to help ensure that the in-store experience is a positive one,” said Katie Raymond, independent channel marketing manager for Armstrong.
