Crossville, Tenn.—Crossville, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Curran Group, has acquired all assets belonging to CAPCO Tile & Stone, a Denver-based distributor. CAPCO will join Crossville’s existing company-owned distribution arm, Crossville Tile & Stone (CT&S), which has a presence throughout parts of the Southeastern U.S., Oklahoma and Texas.

“We’ve built our nearly 30-year-old business on an immovable commitment and loyalty to our distributors, who are truly our partners in the marketplace,” said Tim Curran, co-president of the Curran Group. “The addition of CAPCO to our CT&S family puts all entities in a position of strength going forward.”
