Clarence PorchLancaster, Pa.—Ecore hired Clarence Porch as director of sales, strategic accounts. According to Ecore, Porch will head the company’s new strategic accounts division as director of sales in the retail fitness and hospitality segments.

Bringing more than 20 years of leadership and sales experience to Ecore, Porch possesses an extensive background in the healthcare, senior living, education and commercial flooring segments. His background in designing and implementing innovative business development and sales initiatives that align with corporate goals will be fundamental in growing Ecore’s business and footprint in the industry, the company said. 

“Clarence Porch has a passion for results and an impressive track record of growing businesses,” said Bo Barber, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Ecore. “His industry expertise and exceptional sales skills will be essential to our continued growth. We’re thrilled to have Clarence join the Ecore family and we look forward to what his dynamic leadership will bring to this new aspect of our business.”

Porch comes to Ecore from Forbo Flooring Systems where he led the company’s regional healthcare business. Prior to Forbo, he served in a variety of executive sales positions with top interior finish companies including Mohawk, Milliken, Synergy Flooring and Koroseal.
