Stacy GarciaLas Vegas—With the Winter 2022 Las Vegas Market quickly approaching, Karastan Rugs said it has been working behind the scenes with designer Stacy Garcia to create unique, one-of-a-kind lines. The company will highlight Garcia’s “Rendition” collection launched at High Point 2021 to its west coast account base with the addition of four new rugs at the Las Vegas market.

“Our most recent collaboration with Stacy Garcia brings a breath of fresh air to Karastan Rugs, the brand that has been synonymous with quality, beauty and durability for more than 90 years,” said Tracy Pruitt, vice president of design, Mohawk Home. “Featuring an unparalleled layering of colors and patterns, we look forward to seeing how Stacy empowers the consumer to a colorful life, lived beautifully. The curated styles of the Rendition collection fuse together legendary craftsmanship with a modern-eclectic design aesthetic. Thoughtfully rendered with a blend of the finest quality yarns, this collection is designed to beautifully wear overtime for an enduring elegance that lasts.”

According to Garcia, the collection has something for everyone due to its designs inspired by abstract watercolor paintings, traditional kilims and stylistic geometrics. “We really wanted our second collection to be a culmination of various design influences,” Garcia said.

Garcia said she knows the home décor and lifestyle design industries inside and out and takes a unique approach to every design. Due to Garcia’s renowned style and success with Karastan’s first exclusive launch with Nebraska Furniture Mart, Karastan said it has decided to team up and create more magic together with ongoing running line collections, available to all retailers.

The collection preview will take place in showroom C312 on Monday, Jan. 24 from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
