Attention NWFA members: scam alert

HomeNewsAttention NWFA members: scam alert
NWFA members should be aware of a scam currently underway that has been impacting wood flooring companies. Canstruct and AYA Distributors have been targeting our industry, setting up credit accounts (potentially using a front company with an AAA credit rating), ordering large quantities of materials, sending purchase orders, picking up orders and disappearing without payment. Numerous members have been targeted by this scam.
State and federal authorities have been contacted and are asking for our help to stop this scam. If you have been targeted by either of these companies, please provide more information that can help with the investigation.
