MEDLEY, Fla.— It’s one thing to inform your valued dealers and distributors about the quality and care you put into your genuine exotic Brazilian hardwood flooring products. It’s another thing altogether to give those distributors a personal tour of your facilities in Brazil, including a taste of the country’s culture, cuisine, and hospitality. That’s exactly what IndusParquet, the worldwide leader in exotic Brazilian hardwood flooring, is doing four times a year for its valued clientele.

The trip allows IndusParquet dealers and distributors to see first-hand the passion for quality that pervades every facet of the IndusParquet business, from sourcing to production. The behind-the-scenes tour gives guests a look at the IndusParquet proprietary, manufacturing processes and responsible forestry practices.

“Our recent trip with IndusParquet was incredibly valuable,” says Sean O’Rourke, vice president of Hard Surfaces at Avalon Carpet and Tile. “It gave me a much better understanding of the nature of IndusParquet’s exotic hardwood business from the difficulties of acquiring the lumber needed to run a consistent production line to the dedication of everyone involved. That dedication is why IndusParquet products are equal or better than that of the absolute best North American manufacturers.” While highly informative, the IndusParquet tours are not all work and no play. Visitors are instructed to pack bathing suits and a hearty appetite, as the IndusParquet family treats them to both lavish and casual dining, as well as sightseeing of attractions such as the spectacular Iguazu Falls. “IndusParquet and the people we met made this the trip of a lifetime,” said O’Rourke.

“The IndusParquet trip to Brazil was very well organized, educational and fun,” said Rosana F. Chaidez, vice president of sales & marketing and Procurement J.J. Haines & Company, Inc.  “The cultural aspects of the trip were truly exceptional and the welcoming atmosphere IndusParquet offers made us feel as if we were visiting family.”

Those interested in attending the next quarterly Brazil tour with IndusParquet should contact their distributor for more details.
