Dalton—The American Floorcovering Alliance is adding an educational component to its FloorTek Expo, scheduled for Sept. 10 to 12 here. Several speakers will discuss different topics for attendees.

On Tuesday, Sept. 10 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., Brian Gracon of Gracon & Associates will present “Get Better Results from Staff and Customer Training”; on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Buddy Jones of E. Jones & Associates will discuss, “How to Evaluate and Hire the Right Floorcovering Salesperson”; on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Braxton Vick, vice president of corporate planning and development for Southeastern Freight Lines will present “Technologies Transforming Transportation,” and on Thursday, Sept. 12 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Vaman Kulkarni of Americhem, will present “Discover the World of Polymeric Additives.”
