Chicago—The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) is sponsoring CFI flooring installation and training certification in Chicago Jan. 14-17. Hosted by the Chicago Floorcovering Association (CFA), the two-day courses focus on hands-on, skills training, and knowledge for the professional residential flooring installer.

Two years’ experience is required for the certifications offered. Installers are welcome to opt out of the certification if the two-year requirement cannot be met.
However, a minimum of six months is required to attend for training only. Hand tools and supplies will be furnished during the training event. There will be courses in ceramic, hardwood/laminate, resilient, and carpet.
The last day to register is Dec. 13. WFCA members receive special pricing of $295 per class, which is a $200 savings.
