Baltimore—Bentley, California’s leading commercial carpet manufacturer, has been named IIDA/Contract Magazine Booth Design Awards Small Booth Winner at NeoCon East, currently underway through Thursday, Oct. 30. at the Baltimore Convention Center. The booth prominently features Bentley’s new Bohemian Collection, while also highlighting the Light Play Collection produced in collaboration with Robert A.M. Stern and the new Secret Society Collection.

With its strong Los Angeles roots and proximity to the epicenter of the entertainment industry, Bentley partnered with local set fabricators Paradigm Shift to construct the New Bohemian backdrop for the NeoCon East booth. All three New Bohemian carpet styles—Troubadour™, Wanderlust™ and Vagabond™—line the show floor, while the weathered wooden backdrop flanks each wall featuring four caravan-style keyholes that showcase the Light Play and Secret Society collections. The rear of the booth is the focal point, as it presents visitors with a life-size, back view of a colorful gypsy caravan.

“We are very proud to receive this award at NeoCon East,” said Sherry Dreger, vice president of marketing. “This booth has had an incredible Bohemian-style journey from Los Angeles to Chicago to Baltimore, and the award marks the third big win for its beautiful, detailed design.”
