Dallas—Dal-Tile, in partnership with the Wounded Warrior Project, Our Military Kids and Operation Gratitude, honored military service members and their families at its National Sales Conference in San Antonio March 30-April 2.

During the conference, three veteran servicemen and their families were treated to a week of fun, relaxation and time together in San Antonio. In addition, Dal-Tile employees assembled 800 Operation Gratitude “Battalion Buddies,” which are toy bears that will be given to children of deployed U.S. service members to offer comfort and encouragement during a difficult time of separation.

“When it comes to giving back, there is no greater example than our military,” said John Cousins, senior vice president of SSCs, Dal-Tile. “Every day, brave service men, women and their families make tremendous sacrifices to preserve our freedom. Our efforts at the National Sales Conference are a small token of Dal-Tile’s appreciation for the sacrifices made by our military families each and every day.”
