Stafford, Texas—Redi Carpet has acquired Seagull Floors, a multi-family flooring contractor with locations in Atlanta, Ga.; Dallas, Texas; Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Winston-Salem, N.C., and Tampa, Fla.
