WOODURA

Välinge’s innovative flooring line is manufactured using the company’s Woodura surface technology. The product is made by fusing a thin sheet of real wood with a wood fiber core through a powder mix layer. The new line also features the company’s 5G fold-down locking system and 5G Dry waterproof technology.

VALINGE FLOORING

The Woodura technology creates a floor that is three to five times stronger than many other hardwood floors, resulting in improved indent resistance. The floor is so strong that it is possible to use in light commercial applications without sacrificing the look and feel associated with real wood.

TRENDY STYLES

In keeping with U.S. consumer demands for wider/longer planks, Välinge Flooring is available in XXL sizes up to 11 inches wide x 8 inches long. Likewise, the colors and species utilized in the collection are designed to reflect the tastes of American consumers. The looks are designed to offer a contemporary, vintage or industrial character. The line includes 11 colorways in ash, walnut and oak.

QUALITY RAW MATERIALS

Välinge’s new floor is produced in Viken, Sweden, in a state-of-the-art flooring factory boasting an annual production capacity of 50 million square feet. The raw material for the wood face layer comes from Välinge’s sister company, Bjelin, in Croatia.
