BOCA RATON, FLA.—Q.E.P. announced today it will report its financial results for its fiscal 2012 second quarter and first half ended August 31, 2011 on Tuesday, Sept. 20.

The company also announced it will be hosting a conference call to discuss these results and to answer questions at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, Sept. 21. Following the conference call, the company will arrange to have the conference call available for replay from Sept. 21 until midnight on Sept. 28.

Information for the conference call and the replay will be included in the company’s Sept. 20 press release and will be posted in the Investor Relations section of the company’s website at that time.
