Rye Brook, N.Y. — Commercial flooring firm RD Weis has promoted several employees into executive positions.

Mike Pendergast, veteran Upstate New York associate, is the new regional vice president, with full responsibility for the sales and operations of the Rochester office. He has been with RD Weis for 15. Ernie Wheeler, an eight-year employee, is the new director of sales, education, and corporate in the Rochester office.

 Chris Mancus, a 10-year employee and business leader in the Michigan market, is a regional vice president in Detroit. 

Sheri Gorman, a seven-year employee, is the new vice president of marketing/A&D.

 Rosa Spoto is the new vice president of administration in the New York area.
