Adairsville, Ga.—The 8th Annual Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament hosted by CCA Global Partners brought together industry colleagues at Barnsley Gardens for a round of golf to benefit a worthy cause. The event raised $140,000 for the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF).
“It was wonderful seeing our business partners and friends come together to support a worthy cause.” said Howard Brodsky, co-founder and co-CEO of CCA. “While enjoying a day of golf, we managed to raise significant funds for the FCIF.”
The funds raised help FCIF provide financial support to those who are, or have been, affiliated with the floor covering industry who experience catastrophic illnesses, severe disabilities, or other life-altering hardships.
“We are so thankful for the support of CCA Global Partners through the Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament,” said D. Christopher Davis, president & CEO of the World Floor Covering Association, and president of FCIF. “The funds raised by this event through the years have enabled us to help many people in need.”
Flooring industry manufacturers, distributors, retailers, industry trade associations, and individuals contributed to the fund by participating in the tournament as well as through sponsorships, and donations.
“We are proud to support FCIF in any way we can,” said Rick Bennet, co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. “Their efforts to seek out those that need assistance and provide support in a compassionate way is truly honorable.”
