Solon, Ohio—Tarkett is collaborating with accreditation agencies to offer architects and designers a chance to learn new skills while maintaining social distance through a series of two free virtual CEU courses, each offered on two dates.
For designers working in the K-12 education segment, the first course, “Happy & Healthy: Designing High-Performing, Healthy Learning Environments,” is designed to provide tools and strategies needed to design more inclusive, safe, productive and happy education facilities. Led by Beth Doehner, Tarkett’s education segment manager, the course will outline emerging concerns that designers must address when designing learning environments, such as school safety, indoor environmental quality and student and teacher performance and well-being. Attendees are eligible for credits through both AIA and IDCEC.
