Emerging Distribution Leaders programChicago—The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) launched its Emerging Distribution Leaders program. This initiative will assist up-and-coming professionals in reaching their full potential through the provision of coordinated education and relationship-building opportunities, according to the association.

The new Emerging Distribution Leaders program provides opportunities to connect and build relationships through education, networking and involvement in the association.

“Currently, we are accepting applications from our member company’s executive teams,” said Kevin Gammonley, executive vice president, NAFCD. “We believe this new program will help us curate a network of individuals who are eager to learn, hungry for growth and ready to engage with their peers in the channel.”

Selected participants will participate in a year-long program comprised of education and training that is both in-person and online. The program will conclude at the NAFCD Annual Convention in November. Those who successfully finish the program will be publicly acknowledged and presented with a certificate of completion, according to the NAFCD.
