Somerset, Ky.—The Bauwerk Group, which comprises Bauwerk Parkett, Boen and Somerset Hardwood Flooring, has named Adam McCombs CEO of Somerset Hardwood Flooring, effective June 1. McCombs will be transitioning with Paul Stringer, current CEO, who will be retiring later this year. McCombs will lead the operational and strategic development of the North American business.

McCombs is an experienced manager who has held several senior positions with international companies where he demonstrated outstanding leadership, customer centricity and organizational development.

With this hiring, Dan Natkin, CEO/managing director for Boen Hardwood Flooring and sales leader for Somerset Hardwood Flooring, has been named chief commercial officer for North America, leading the sales, marketing and customer service for both North American entities.
