HomeNewsShaw introduces enhanced warranty with no cupping clause for SPC

cuppingDalton—Shaw Industries with its COREtec Pro and Shaw Floors Floorté Pro collections introduced a comprehensive installation system backed by a no-cupping warranty.

The company, which introduced SPC to the market in 2017, aims to exert its industry leadership and dedication to customer satisfaction with a bold warranty. Customers who properly install Shaw SPC using the company’s installation guidelines and specific TotalWorx installation system receive an enhanced warranty, which features a no-cupping clause. The warranty states that Shaw Industries will cover flooring issues arising solely due to subfloor moisture emissions when the entire flooring system, which includes Shaw SPC flooring, along with GroundWorx six mil poly film and all necessary PrepWorx Patch from Shaw’s TotalWorx accessories brand, is properly installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The warranty is available now and applicable to future purchases of all active 12- and 20-mil COREtec Pro and Floorté Pro styles.

By utilizing high-quality materials, vetted suppliers and intensive product testing, the company contends its SPC stands above the rest. With a longstanding commitment to customer satisfaction and the well-being of both people and the planet, Shaw continues to innovate and push through limitations to provide its customers with beautiful, durable floors that are easy to install and built to last.
