2025 Edge Retailer of the YearDenver, Colo.—America’s Floor Source has been named the 2025 Edge Retailer of the Year by Karastan, one of the industry’s leading luxury flooring brands. Jason Goldberg, founder, chairman and chief operating officer of America’s Floor Source, accepted the award at Mohawk’s Edge Summit, held here.

“America’s Floor Source has achieved remarkable growth, expanding from a team of six to over 500 dedicated employees and owning and operating JP Flooring Design Center and Lewis Floor and Home,” said Jamie Kim, senior vice president of sales, fashion, for Karastan and Godfrey Hirst. “They have established themselves as one of the leading Karastan dealers, consistently providing top-tier products, exceptional service and unwavering adaptability.”

America’s Floor Source, which has 10 locations across five states, is a premier member of Mohawk’s Edge partner program.

“When selecting the national [2025] Edge Retailer of the Year, Karastan looked for stores that not only were dedicated members of the Edge partner program, but also showed a relentless dedication to training, store standards, brand building, merchandising, installation ideas and community involvement,” Kim said.

In addition to its retail excellence, America’s Floor Source is deeply committed to supporting the local community, which was a key factor in its win. They are long-standing supporters of The 2nd & 7, Habitat for Humanity and Dress for Success.

Karastan said it is proud to honor America’s Floor Source along with its other regional retailer of the year winners: The Dillabaugh Flooring Company and Nebraska Furniture Mart.
