Portland, Ore.—BlueVolt, a provider of online learning management systems for the construction, manufacturing and service industries, and CCA Global Partners have joined forces to launch five online training universities.

CCA affiliate companies Carpet One Floor & Home, Flooring America and Flooring Canada, International Design Guild, ProSource and CCA for Social Good will offer online training through universities powered by BlueVolt.

“The BlueVolt Learning Management System provides these affiliates with self-driven, online courses regarding sales training skills, product and brand knowledge, installation, management and communication,” said Bill Gauthier, director of training for CCA.

“By creating more online opportunities for training, we’re able to quickly and easily get new co-op members up-to-speed on the newest products and skills to help build their businesses,” he explained. “BlueVolt’s unique learning management systems makes it easy to blend in-person and online training, thereby extending learning beyond individual training sessions.”

As an extra incentive, CCA affiliate companies and their members can earn $BlueBucks, BlueVolt’s pay-for-performance rewards system, through CCA’s new online training universities.

“Proven to increase enrollment up to 10 times,” said Lisa Bordeaux, director of sales for BlueVolt, “learners can redeem $BlueBucks for virtual gift cards which can be used at hundreds of retailers nationwide, apply the rewards toward the price of future courses or donate their $BlueBucks to charity.

“As CCA Global Partners continues to expand across industries,” she explained, “these online universities will easily grow with them. We recently introduced a mobile platform to further extend accessibility to elearning, including the ability to take courses and access supplemental materials on the go.”
