HomeNewsShaw earns Carpet One’s Partner of the Year honor

Dalton– For the third year in a row, Shaw Industries has earned the “Partner of the Year” award from Carpet One Floor & Home. Presented at the Carpet One Winter Convention at The Peabody Hotel in Orlando, the award recognizes the organization that has made the greatest commitment and most significant impact on the Carpet One Floor & Home membership over the past year.

Carpet One members are asked to vote for Partner of the Year before the convention each year, and they awarded the honor based on Shaw’s exceptional products and services in 2012. Shaw supported the partnership with exclusive product lines such as Resista Soft Style, Tigressa Soft Style, and the new Tigressa Cherish.

“When you have a business partner that offers great service and extraordinary products, it’s definitely a win,” said Charlie Dilks, chief operating officer for CCA Global Partners. “When that same partner also helps you be more innovative and efficient, it’s a major victory.”

Shaw president Randy Merritt said, “We’re proud and honored to again be chosen Partner of the Year by the Carpet One Floor & Home membership. When you’re selected by floor covering retailers for such an overall award like this, it is especially meaningful and reflects well on the entire company.”
