Salem, NH—Nora Systems, a manufacturer of commercial floor coverings, has named Tim Cole vice president of marketing, effective July 1. In this new position, Cole will be responsible for marketing in North America; he will also be involved with technical operations as well as global responsibility for developing and implementing the company’s sustainability strategy.
Cole comes to Nora from Forbo Flooring Systems, where he held various management positions in sales, marketing and technical operations during his 25 years with the company. Most recently, he lived in Amsterdam and served as global head of sustainability and director of market segment strategy.
Cole will report to Andreas Mueller, president and CEO of Nora Systems, North America.
Cole is a member of ASTM International and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is past chairman of the U.S. Green Building Council board of directors.
