Cartersville, Ga.—Patcraft, a leader in high-performance commercial flooring, has introduced its latest resilient collection, Local Reserve. The line is Patcraft’s first SPC product featuring tongue and groove.
“When designing Local Reserve, we took a holistic approach to thinking about the technical aspects of the flooring, knowing that a product’s performance is built on understanding all of the elements involved in its development and its end-use,” said Kieren Corcoran, director of performance markets for Patcraft. “We thought through attributes including durability, cleanability and quality and how they all work together to provide a balanced solution that, in the end, meets a market need with top to core performance.”
Local Reserve features a high-density core that can withstand extreme indentation up to 2,500 psi, and a 20-mil wear layer for superior durability. The rigid core construction also reduces floor preparation as well as telegraphing. As Patcraft’s first SPC product featuring tongue and groove, the collection allows for a faster installation period as no acclimation time is needed. The collection also offers an excellent moisture barrier with a water tight seal protecting against top-down liquid and an ExoGuard+ finish provides enhanced scratch and stain resistance.
Available in 7 x 48 planks and 18 colorways, the collection ranges from traditional wood grain visuals to modern visuals, and includes a wide variety of species such as oak, pine, maple, weathered and straight grain looks.
Local Reserve is polish and buff optional for hassle-free maintenance. The collection is designed to perform in high-demand environments and offers a 15-year commercial limited warranty that covers wear and indentations. Local Reserve is fully produced in the USA.
