Nashville, Tenn.—Mohawk said it will unveil innovative products across categories, programs and digital offerings to help its retail partners “Win with Edge” at the Mohawk Edge Summit 2022, to be held December 1-4, 2021 here at Gaylord Opryland.

“There has never been a more important time for our customers to leverage their Edge status with Mohawk,” said Karen Mendelsohn, Mohawk’s senior vice president of marketing. “Winning isn’t just about your bottom line. It’s about knowing you seized every opportunity to set yourself apart in your market to gain share. And with the latest programs and innovative products, we have built what consumers want and can ultimately drive them directly to flooring specialty retailers.”

The Edge Summit invites retailers to experience world-class digital programs, new product offerings and industry-leading networking opportunities that drive business growth and customer loyalty. Top Mohawk leaders will be in attendance to deliver several key presentations, including a state of the industry update from CEO, Jeff Lorberbaum, and a powerful keynote address by a legendary athlete, according to the company.

Attending speakers include several industry experts and some of Mohawk’s most senior executives, such as Paul De Cock, president; Jeff Meadows, president, sales; Karen Mendelsohn, senior vice president, marketing; and Kurt Weaver, Curt Hutchins and Jamie Chilcoff, business leaders from Mohawk’s resilient, soft surface and wood and laminate sectors.

“After a year postponement, Mohawk is more than ready to host our customers in a big way,” Meadows said. “We are coming together for the second Mohawk Edge Summit to celebrate our customers who have thrived in a year of uncertainty.”

Educational sessions will include four tracks:

  • The Future of Retail
  • Driving Digital
  • Operational Excellence
  • Fashion Trends & Inspiration

Each track is grounded by peer-to-peer sessions along with presentations on key topics facing today’s business landscape. The Summit is scheduled over three days with networking highlights that include:

  • Wednesday: Welcome reception
Welcome with leadership and sales team members
  • Thursday: Sales extravaganza
Exclusive product specials available at exclusive prices—only available at Edge Summit
  • Friday: Edge Summit Gala and awards ceremony
Celebrate outstanding retailers of the year and live entertainment

“Mohawk is ready to unveil what we have in store for our customers to ensure they ‘Win with Edge’ in 2022,” Meadows explained. “After an unprecedented year, customers pivoted from leaders to survivors. Moving forward, defining your winning edge has never been more important for your business. This is a new day, a new opportunity.”
