Nashville— Mobile Marketing and RFMS announced their integration at the 2022 RFMS Owner and Education Conference held here. According to the companies, clients will now have the benefit of two industry leaders integrating to create a seamless experience between web and marketing services and their business management software.

The integration provides an improved customer experience because it allows for a two-way communication between marketing data, sales information, product data and more, the companies said.

“This integration gives clients the ability to see an immediate improvement on their marketing investment, with new lead integration and attribution capabilities we can easily get to cost per closed sale,” said Carole Cross, founder and CEO of Mobile Marketing. “In addition, the ability for seamless customer communications throughout the flooring journey is finally here and this is only the start of some great things to come. It has also been great working with Madeleine Bayless, CEO of RFMS, and her team on the possibilities.”

The integration does not only benefit retailers who sell directly to customers, the companies said, but also b2b. It makes the connection between the web experience and data more seamless for wholesale and to the trade business, RFMS said.

“RFMS is pleased to announce our integration with Mobile Marketing and look forward to providing our mutual clients an enhanced digital marketing experience,” Bayless said. “We are excited to be offering the end-user a seamless, modern customer journey from the beginning to end of their sales cycle with our independent clients.”

A mutual client benefiting from the integration is Dolphin Carpet & Tile. “We have already begun to see great value from their integration,” said Cary Cass, general manager of Dolphin Carpet & Tile. “We’re able to better communicate with customers before, during and after purchase with email automation keeping customers updated throughout their floor buying experience.”

Also, during conference Cross participated in a panel discussion for women in leadership positions in the flooring industry moderated by Bayless. Women shared how they came into their positions and gave advice to other women in the industry. “There are so many amazing women in the flooring industry and taking some time to discuss issues while getting to know each other was a great experience,” Cross said.
