St. Kitts, West Indies—At the recent spring meeting of the National Flooring Alliance (NFA) here, Mobile Marketing announced a comprehensive new online sample program for NFA members.

Flooring consumers browsing NFA websites powered by Mobile Marketing will now be able to order samples of carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl and laminate directly from the sites. The samples will be shipped to the consumer’s home.

“Consumers have come to expect convenience at every level of their shopping experience,” said Carole Cross, CEO and founder of Mobile Marketing. “By helping get samples into the hands of consumers even earlier in the process, we’re helping make it easier for them to make a decision and more convenient for them to complete a flooring project.”

Mobile Marketing has partnered with top manufacturers Shaw Industries, Mohawk, Cali Floors, AHF and the Dixie Group to launch the program. Additional manufacturers will be announced soon.

“We need to adapt to new ways consumers want to shop,” said Ian Newton of Flooring 101 in California and the president of NFA. “For more and more consumers, that means starting the process online. The NFA is thrilled to partner with a company like Mobile Marketing on all of our digital marketing to help us grow our business with innovative new ideas and solutions.”

Brian McGee of Ambassador Floor in Illinois and Missouri, added, “Mobile Marketing’s partnership is benefiting the NFA by innovating and pushing the industry forward. They build new technologies like online sample ordering and ERP integrations that truly help us run our businesses more efficiently and reach customers in new ways.”

Mobile Marketing said it met personally with every member of NFA at its spring meeting to discuss this new program and other digital marketing solutions. “Because of our close relationships, we’re able to understand what programs and enhancements interest members the most and would be especially impactful to their businesses,” Cross said. “This new sample ordering program is a direct result of months of collaboration with top retailers and manufacturers. We believe it elevates the online shopping experience and will have a substantial impact on business for years to come.”

David Geipel, Mobile Marketing’s vice president of sales and marketing, added: “With our existing partnership with Samplesapp, NFA members now have the most comprehensive samples program in the industry. They can offer consumers samples from their website to start the purchasing process and lend larger samples from their store to help them stay connected and make the final decision.”
