Kinnelon, N.J. — Getting found online by prospective customers is of critical importance to flooring and stone businesses which will learn how to assess and strengthen their online visibility during “Improving Your Digital Visibility to Better Connect with Customers”, a one-hour seminar led by Christine B. Whittemore, chief simplifier, Simple Marketing Now, at Surfaces 2012.  Surfaces, the annual exposition for floor covering and stone professionals, takes place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from 1/23 through 1/26/2012.

Improving Your Digital Visibility to Better Connect with Customers explores how to assess and improve a business’ online visibility starting with its website. The session is scheduled for 1/24/11 from noon to 1pm.

“Given how many customers start the purchase process researching product options online, flooring and stone retailers must get found online, and their websites must appear in relevant searches, otherwise they don’t exist in customers’ minds,” says Whittemore. “This seminar describes why and how to make the most of online assets to support the business and engage with customers.”

To register for the seminar, log on to the Surfaces website .
