St. Louis, MO – CCA Global Partners is excited to share two recent promotions within their corporate buying department. Ron Negley has been promoted to senior vice president, Hard Surface Flooring and Cathey Gundlach to vice president, Hard Surface Flooring.

New technologies and product variations, along with growth in hard surface flooring purchases, have made this category increasingly important for CCA Global Partners. These recent promotions will help to strengthen CCA’s hard surface buying group and continue to grow CCA’s product offering.

Negley brings over 30 years experience in hard surface flooring to his new position. His product knowledge in this flooring category as well as extensive experience in logistics, distribution and management make him the ideal person to lead the Hard Surface group at CCA Global Partners.

With 15 years of buying and merchandising experience, Gundlach brings her knowledge of vendor relations and merchandising along with 6 years of experience in the hard surface flooring category to her new role.

“I could not think of two better people to lead this growing category of our business,” says Charlie Dilks, chief product officer for CCA Global Partners. “I have the utmost confidence in their skills and expertise.”

Both Negley and Gundlach have contributed significantly to the development of hard surface merchandising programs for CCA divisions, such as Rustic River Hardwood, Invincible Hardwood and Laminate for Life. They have both worked to maintain strong relationships with hard surface suppliers and ensure that CCA delivers competitive products to its members and franchises.
