NEW YORK—For the third consecutive year, Consolidated
 Carpet participated in
the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program.
 This annual holiday
toy collection and
distribution program
serves to brighten
 the season for local
 children in need by
 providing them with
new toys. Consolidated participated as
a donation drop-off
center in both of its offices located in Manhattan and Carlstadt, N.J.

On Dec. 17, two members of the U.S. Marine Corps picked up over 130 toys at Consolidated’s New York office. The toys were provided by Consolidated associates and local community members and were distributed to local children in the tri-state area.

Toys for Tots has distributed more than 452 million toys to 209 million needy children since 1947, with supplementation of nearly 98 million toys and promotional support of over $8.5 million from the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation in the past 19 years.
