Armstrong Commercial Flooring wins Readers’ Choice Award

HomeNewsArmstrong Commercial Flooring wins Readers' Choice Award

Armstrong Commercial Flooring won a 2013 Readers’ Choice Award from Today’s Facility Manager (TFM) magazine, announced in the January/February 2013 issue.  For the seventh straight year, TFM readers chose Armstrong as the leading flooring brand delivering high quality, cost-effective, easy-to-implement solutions.

This year’s Readers’ Choice Awards survey included more than 40 categories, and facility management (FM) professionals were asked to indicate what company they rated highest based on product aesthetics, product reliability, value and customer service. Winners of TFM‘s Readers’ Choice Award exemplify the best products, services and technologies as determined by facility executives.

“Many flooring companies offer products and services to members of the facility management profession,” said Armstrong senior vice president Dominic Rice. “And each year, TFM asks its readers to vote for their preferred vendors in a variety of categories. TFM readers know what works best for them, and it’s gratifying to be rated as among the best suppliers. Our team is continuously working to provide a great product and top-level customer service, so being recognized by those people who work most closely with our products signals a strong vote of confidence.”

To evaluate preferred suppliers, TFM distributes links to an online survey to more than 19,000 of its 50,000 subscribers via opt-in e-mail. Readers in turn cast their votes for the product brand and service providers they preferred most during 2012. Scores are combined to determine the top companies in various categories. Those categories span the wide range of products and services which facility managers rely on to succeed, including building products, furnishings and security systems, in addition to maintenance and cleaning products.
