Lexington, Ky.—Due to recent growth in its independent and commercial divisions, Florida Tile has made two changes to its sales and marketing organization, the company said.

Massimo Barbari, previously executive vice president of sales and marketing, has been promoted to product development of foreign Panariagroup brands. Panariagroup is the parent company of Florida Tile. 
Barbari will also have the role of executive vice president of marketing, product development and home centers for Florida Tile.

Tom Facca has been promoted to executive vice president of independent and commercial sales. He joined the company in January 2012 as senior director of independent and commercial sales.
