Chantilly, Va.—Mike’s Flooring Companies (MFC), a rapidly growing company providing flooring solutions for multi-family, commercial and residential properties in multiple states along the East Coast, will acquire Triangle Flooring in Raleigh, N.C. Following the completion of the Triangle transaction, the company will increase its addressable market 23% from 64 million to 79 million people living in the states it services.

“We are really pleased to bring our customers the geographic reach of MFC, while being able to sell more aggressively knowing we have MFC’s superior financial health behind us,” said Donnie Register, president of Triangle. “I am really excited to be able to spend all my time on growing the business to provide our high quality and innovative flooring and counter solutions to general contractors operating throughout the Southeast.”

“We enjoyed a record year in 2014, and once we got to know Triangle it was clear there was a good fit and a strong commitment to client satisfaction,” said Mike Schreiber, founder and CEO of Mike’s Flooring Companies. “The process of bringing the two companies together is facilitated by the fact that we both use 360Vision Software as our enterprise resource planning system.”
