Cambridge, Ontario, Canda—Sarmazian Brothers Flooring will be adding its two award-winning showrooms in Guelph and Cambridge Ontario, Canada to the Armstrong Flooring Elite Dealer family.

Since 1970, Sarmazian Brothers Flooring’s reputation of offering top quality products and services has been lauded by its customers. A second-generation family-owned business, the owners and staff pride themselves on their ability to provide one of the best purchasing experiences in the floor covering market, which they have continued to enhance by partnering with Armstrong.

In an Elite Showroom, customers find the largest selection of Armstrong Flooring products. New Elite merchandising displays will be added to Sarmazian’s showrooms to provide an even wider range of hardsurface floor covering options from which customers can choose.

As a requirement of this program, Elite Retailers go through extensive training that allows them to specialize in Armstrong Flooring product knowledge and installation expertise. An additional benefit to the retailer is that the store is co-branded on ArmstrongFlooring.com, which also helps to provide qualified leads direct to the retailer. Plus, unique incentives are offered to customers that purchase through an Elite Showroom; for example, a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and an extended product warranty.

“The Elite program has succeeded in driving customers into our stores. Armstrong is a recognized brand name in flooring and our enhanced partnership has positively benefited our business. Being exclusive makes us a destination retailer that customers are looking for,” said Raffi Sarmazian, co-owner.
