HomeCOVID-19RFMS issues COVID-19 message, offers free e-learning hours

As the industry continues to struggle with the COVID-19 pandemic, RFMS has issued the following statement:

March 25, 2020
“Dear RFMS Clients,

The health, welfare and safety of our clients, employees and their families are of paramount importance to the team at RFMS. We have been closely monitoring the development and spread of COVID-19, as well as the guidance from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. As a result, effective Monday, March 16, 2020 RFMS halted all corporate travel deemed non-essential by management until further notice.

RFMS will continue to support our clients in the same exceptional way you are accustomed to. Many RFMS employees (65%) work remotely from home and are already accustomed to caring for clients and internal needs via telework. Due to this, we do not anticipate any adjustments in our support operations. The RFMS corporate office remains open at this time with enhanced social distancing and sanitation processes in place. We are prepared for all employees to work remotely should it become necessary and do not expect client needs to be impacted.

While we know the coming weeks will be challenging for our clients, both personally and as business owners, RFMS is here to support you. We encourage you and your staff to use this slower time to sharpen your skills. RFMS is offering each client two complimentary e-learning hours with an RFMS trainer now through March 31, 2020. Please sign-up for a complimentary 2-hour time slot using the coupon code RFMS2020.

Our trainers are posting their availability here.

From our family to yours, we wish everyone health and safety!”
