Bridgeport, W.Va.—Abraham Linc, a leading floor covering distributor serving the mid-Atlantic markets, has promoted AJ Warne to vice president of sales and marketing. The distributor also brought on Brian Parker to the newly created role of director of marketing.

“Our people are the foundation of our success as a company and the driving force behind the service experience our customers expect,” said Darren Abraham, president and CEO. “Investing in talent and leadership will allow us to fuel innovation, elevate our programs in the marketplace and build upon our exceptional customer service.”

Warne will continue managing the resilient product category at Linc while taking on expanded responsibilities. “AJ has been an integral part of our company’s success and we look forward to leveraging his talents as we grow,” said Abraham. Warne joined the company in 2012 and most recently served as director of resilient products. He also serves as vice president for the North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors.

Parker will be responsible for developing and executing overall marketing strategies including brand development, merchandising and messaging within the marketplace.

“We are thrilled for Brian to join the Abraham Linc team,” said Abraham. “His comprehensive marketing experience and background in floor covering distribution will allow us to continue the accelerated growth of our company, brands and go-to-market strategy.”

Parker brings over 20 years of marketing experience to Abraham Linc, including eight years with JJ Haines as director of marketing. Most recently he served as a director for Northeastern Supply, a plumbing and HVAC wholesale distributor. His past positions also include eight years with fortune 500 company, Stanley Black & Decker.
