HomeCommercialMohawk Group continues DesignFWD CEU series

Calhoun, Ga.— Mohawk Group announced the return of its free series of accredited DesignFWD CEUs, first launched in 2020. Due to a very positive response, Mohawk Group said, the company will offer new courses in continuation of its DesignFWD digital learning initiatives in March 2021.

From leading design innovations to well-being in the built environment to technical solutions, the DesignFWD CEU series aims to provide inspiring and impactful information for the contract design community. “In launching our CEU series last year, we saw that it filled an important void,” said Jackie Dettmar, vice president of Mohawk Group, marketing and product development. “As lifelong learners who want to grow in our respective disciplines, we are hungry for knowledge and that’s more evident now than ever.”

A focus on human-centered design connects each of the individual sessions in the 2021 series. The first session, “Made of water,” begins on World Water Day (March 22, 2021) and features Mohawk Group’s A&D design director, Royce Epstein. Other course topics include “Deep Connections: People + Planet” and “Flooring design solutions in the COVID-19 era.”
