Three years ago, Roomvo began its free University Webinar series in an effort to support flooring dealers through the struggles created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, the Roomvo University Webinar series continues on, tackling new and burgeoning issues but always with the same aim: to support the success and proliferation of the specialty flooring dealer.

As part of Roomvo’s University Webinar series, FCNews co-publisher, Steve Feldman, will be featured as a guest expert on Thursday, Sept. 28, at 4 p.m. EST, for the “State of the Industry Report.”

There have been massive changes to our economy and to the flooring industry over the past several years, and these changes are showing no signs of slowing down. This has left retailers wondering how to ensure the success of their businesses going forward.

Co-hosted by Jim Armstrong of Flooring Success Systems and Reid Waxman of Roomvo, this webinar looks to address these questions and more.

Topics at hand include:

  • The biggest trends in flooring
  • The greatest challenges facing dealers and manufacturers
  • The biggest opportunities for retailers right now
  • How inflation is impacting flooring retail
  • What dealers need to be concerned about
  • His outlook for 2024
