Invista Surfaces, a segment of Invista Performance Surfaces & Materials (PS&M) and maker of Stainmaster and Antron carpet fibers, welcomes Ralph H. Grogan to its leadership team.

Ralph H. Grogan joins Invista as vice president of business development and strategy, Invista Surfaces, for its Antron brand.  In this role, Ralph will be responsible for continuing to advance the position of the Antron branded offerings in the marketplace and will provide leadership for Invista’s Commercial Surfaces’ sales and field teams to create value for our customers and help to build upon the equity in the over 40-year-strong Antron brand.

Grogan comes to Invista with more than 30 years of experience in the commercial carpet industry where he

demonstrated leadership and garnered a proven record of operations management success in rapidly changing environments.

Most recently Ralph was chief operating officer for Tandus, where he was responsible for manufacturing, product development and sales for Tandus and its three brands. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles including president of Monterey Carpets, president of Burlington House Floor Accents and vice president and general manager of Lees Commercial Carpets where he led the broadloom and carpet tile business. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
