On April 22-24, 2012, Gilford’s entire Sales Team toured both Somerset Hardwood and IVC. These tours were part of Gilford’s education program to further equip their dealers on education of both IVC and Somerset products. The Gilford Sales Team toured the Somerset new engineered hardwood’s plant in Crossville, Tennessee, where the latest in engineered flooring technology was shown to the team.

From there, the NEW $75 million IVC plant was shown. This mill tour and educational session on the benefits of Flexitec was shown by Jim Swatosh, Rick Bloom and Lucinda Elrod, all employees of IVC. Gilford Flooring with corporate headquarters in Jeffersonville, Indiana distributes both residential and commercial floorcovering in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.
