The INSTALL Labor-Management Committee announces two changes to its group: Jeffrey Miller, a business representative from the North Central States Regional Council, is the newest member of the International Standards and Training Alliance (INSTALL) Labor-Management Committee. United Brotherhood of Carpenters General President Douglas McCarron recently made the appointment, placing Miller as a labor member of the group.

Miller, of Minnesota, is a veteran installer and flooring business representative who has established himself as an active contributor to the flooring industry. He was a driving force behind getting a comprehensive healthcare pathogen-containment training program instituted throughout the carpenters union. At its recent meeting, the INSTALL Committee voted-in Keith Jutkins as recording secretary of the group. Jutkins is a founding member of the INSTALL Committee, and is assistant to the president of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters. He steers an active architectural continuing education program throughout the midwest, which is used as a template throughout the country in other INSTALL areas.
