Vancouver, Wash.—The International Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Council of Association (IICRCA) said it will reopen nominations for its 2013-2014 IICRCA board of directors. Since the last nomination period, the association has received several new members and has reopened nominations to enable new members to nominate candidates.Nominations for the seven open seats will be accepted through Dec. 10. Seven seats are open for the upcoming fall election with terms varying from one to three years for up to two consecutive terms.
