Dalton — Shaw Industries said it is ranked No. 13 and is the only flooring manufacturer on the latest Selling Power 50 Best Companies to Sell For list.
Shaw was 15th last year.

“The 50 Best Companies to Sell For recognition is a great testament to our company, our culture and most importantly, our people,” said Randy Merritt, Shaw president. “We are honored to be among this prestigious group of companies.”

The Shaw Learning Academy provides ongoing training and support to its sales associates. From a 14-week sales trainee program to on-demand skills training through an app, Shaw said it uses a blended learning approach to continuously enhance the expertise and skills of its sales professionals during every stage of their career.

The list is based on company revenue and growth; sales compensation packages; sales culture; onboarding and sales enablement strategies; the training and coaching process; annual turnover percentage; and company recognition and reputation.
