Annual FCIF Golf Tournament canceled due to pandemic

HomeCOVID-19Annual FCIF Golf Tournament canceled due to pandemic

Manchester, N.H.—CCA Global Partners has recently determined that due to the ongoing pandemic their annual Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament supporting the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF) will not be held this year.

“It is with great sadness that we are canceling this time-honored tradition,” said Howard Brodsky, chairman and co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. “However, the safety or our staff, partners and industry friends is of utmost importance to us.”

While the event will not take place, CCA Global said it will continue its efforts to raise funds and support the FCIF. The organization said it is dedicated to helping those in the floor covering industry in need. Without this large fundraising event, FCIF still depends on the entire industry to continue their important work.

“We are confident that participants from previous events will continue to support this worthy cause,” said Rick Bennet, co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. “In times like these, charitable organizations cannot be forgotten.”

CCA Global is working on new fundraising initiatives that will take the place of this year’s event and said it hopes to continue its tradition honoring late co-Founder of CCA, Alan Greenberg, in September of 2021.

“The floor covering industry is a close-knit community and we will all come together to get through this pandemic,” said Brodsky. “We will continue to support those in need in our industry family.”

Previous participants and sponsors of the Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament will be contacted by CCA Global soon with more information on this year’s fundraising efforts.
