STAFFORD, TEXAS—Redi Carpet has acquired Solar Contract Carpet of Carolina, a multi-family flooring contractor located in Charlotte, N.C.

The acquisition of Solar Contract Carpet of Carolina further enhances Redi Carpet’s acquisition last year of Seagull Floors who had a location in Charlotte. “This acquisition will help strengthen our Charlotte location.  It takes a major step towards helping us become the premier multi-family flooring contractor in that market.” said Redi Carpet CEO Greg Waleke. “Solar Contract Carpet of Carolina has a great reputation and a strong customer base. We are pleased to be able to add them to our Redi Carpet family of companies.”

The combined entity will be operating in the Charlotte metropolitan area under the name Redi Carpet.
